What is your role at Greendeck? What does your day-to-day look like?

I work at an intersection of Data Science and DevOps at Greendeck. It involves designing, deploying, maintaining and optimising the data gathering infrastructure. We spend our time working on creating data pipelines, managing them and making them better. It has been a journey of constant learning and applying that knowledge as our data demands scale up.

Tell us something interesting about you!

I love food a lot! Any and every type of food. I love discovering new places to eat. I also like to read blogs and news about tech companies, and how they are solving problems and making better use of resources. I spend a lot of my free time keeping myself updated about the tech world. I also love playing first person shooter games. Whenever I get my work done before time, I make sure I play a hundred CSGO games before leaving the office!

What do you like most about the workplace?

I am the youngest guy here in the Engineering team, and I love this! I get to learn a lot from all the people I work with, whether it's programming, databases, infrastructure design or cooking good food. I just love working here!

What did you do before joining Greendeck?

I joined Greendeck when I was in my 7^th semester of College and I am still bunking classes for the same because it's definitely way better. 😁

Who is your role model?

I don't really believe in the concept of motivation and role models, but I am definitely a big fan of Mark Zuckerberg and how good he was at the things he wanted to create when he was a teenager. The thing that drives me and gets me high is the fact that I am learning everyday.
